BJ’s Wholesale Club is a leading warehouse club operator located primarily on the east coast of the United States. The organization’s 230+ clubs, 160+ gas stations, and extensive digital offerings serve over 6.5 million members.
As part of the digital and marketing teams, I managed a 3-person proofreading team, and edited and proofread all customer-facing marketing materials. I completely revamped and managed the 50+ page BJ’s Style Guide into a user-friendly, easy-to-implement tool. I also managed content for 10,000+ product microsites as the organization launched a full website redesign to include in-store items to BJs.com for the first time. And I served as the copy lead for BJ’s first digital asset management (DAM) system, a content repository used across the organization to improve efficiency and reduce redundancy.
